Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Sparrow Art Vibes. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping:

We currently ship to the United States and Canada.  FREE SHIPPING on DOMESTIC* orders of $69.00 or greater.

Shipment processing time

All ready-to-ship orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Timelines for Custom orders, made-to-order, and personalized items usually require 7 business days to create. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. 

Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

You will receive an email once your order is fulfilled.  All shipments will be shipped with tracking and insurance.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates are generated by USPS, UPS, or DHL Express.  Your rate and shipping method will be provided upon checkout.

Sparrow Art Vibes is not responsible for delays encountered by the carrier or any other delivery service that the package is transferred to during transit. 

Any duties, import fees, taxes etc. incurred during transit are the responsibility of the customer/purchaser.

*DOMESTIC orders for 48 USA contiguous states.
